New Project - A multi-generational family home in rural Lincolnshire

There are two former agricultural buildings on this 2 acre site. The highest quality of the two will be re-used to create a large workshop. The other will be demolished to make way for the new house and its structural frame and brickwork will be re-used, wherever possible.

Exterior spaces including a kitchen garden, orchard and wildflower meadow will enhance the biodiversity of the site and create a beautiful landscaped setting for family life.

As our clients are self-builders, we will be working closely with them to ensure they can build as much as possible themselves. We will also be managing a team of consultants to take the stress away and to ensure that the project runs as smoothly as possible.
