Listed building consent & planning permission success.

Drawing on our extensive experience of working in historic contexts, which includes the Royal Opera House in London and a contemporary home in the grounds of a Grade II listed building in Lincolnshire, we prepared all the required drawings and reports in-house.

The quality of our application has ensured a smooth planning process for our client with no objections raised from any consultee, including Historic England, throughout the entire process.
Alongside the planning and listed building consents we have also successfully handled a change of use application.

Appointed for full architectural services from start to finish, we will next be preparing the technical information for a Building Regulations application, going out tender to find suitable craftspeople and then managing the building work on behalf of our client.

The project is part of the Townscape Heritage Initiative which seeks to improve the historic heart of Gainsborough.
The works will include the careful repair of the whole building façade and the revealing and re-instatement of previously lost historic features.
Funding will be provided via the National Lottery Heritage and Levelling Up Funds.

Grant funding is still available for projects in the West Lindsey area so do get in touch with us if you would like some advice.
